Join us from the 25th October-28th October, 2:00-4:30pm, for a comprehensive writing course which will cover ALL areas of creative writing. Ideal for common entrance preparation, uninspired writers or those who need an injection of inspiration to combat writer’s block. We ensure that children walk away with an organic love of writing, and importantly, we teach them how to finish a story whilst managing the challenges of the clock. We differ from other courses by using actors and tutors to impart essential skills, and use actors to perform written works to an audience –  giving writing a new perspective and incentivising your child in a memorable and educational way.

Our course will cover: planning, figurative devices, senses, paragraphing, stylistic sentences, punctuation, individual voice, sentence openers, syntax, timing, engaging content and story development under time restraints.

All ages welcome – children will be placed in age-specific groups.

Parents/carers are invited to attend 30 minutes before the end of the workshops to watch the children’s stories preformed to an audience – showcasing the children’s newly learned skills and bringing the written words to life.
