We explain and provide examples of personification\, alliteration\, similes\, metaphors and onomatopoeia so children can use these tools to their advantage when crafting stories. This workshop is great for kids to move past the abstract and often confusing side to figurative language\, helping them gain comfort and competence in incorporating the language into their works. \n
